Set: 2026-06-01
Anti-social behaviour (ASB) Swiftly responding to incidents of ASB and effectively using policing powers available to intervene - including powers of dispersal where the actions of individuals or groups impact their wider surroundings; which can lead to wider harm, including the misuse of public spaces or buildings, criminal damage or vandalism, for example graffiti or damage to public buildings.
•Patrols around the estate continue, with extended patrols into the park behind Tesco following recent concerns raised by local residents. •Officers also continue to engage with young people to identify those at risk of becoming involved in ASB, providing early support, building positive relationships, and working with partners to divert individuals away from offending behaviour and towards more constructive activities. •Responding to reports of criminal damage and vandalism, officers are working with local authorities to address these issues and take a partnership approach to find resolutions.
