Perton & Pattingham — Neighbourhood Policing Team
Local policing team in the Staffordshire Police area: contact routes, current priorities and public events.
Perton is a modern village with the majority of its houses built in a former RAF station. It supposedly derives its name from 'Pear Town' - in reference to the pear trees that grow in the area - which is reflected on local school crests. Pattingham is a much smaller village and has Patsull Park within its boundaries. This was formally the Staffordshire seat of the Earls of Dartmouth and is now a hotel and golf complex.

Local officers are targeting drug dealers, including the harms associated with the exploitation of vulnerable people and county lines drug dealing. We are actively developing community intelligence and conducting overt and covert policing activity alongside specialist proactive units, specifically but not exclusively, in Perton where more detailed issues have been highlighted.
