Shoplifting at Cardiff Gate Services

Two prolific shoplifters have been arrested, charged, and remanded. A Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) has also been secured against one offender upon release. CBOs are often used against persistent offenders and designed to prevent individuals from engaging in further ASB and criminal behaviour. These orders contain requirements and prohibitions from entering defined areas. Breaching a CBO is a criminal offence. As a result of this activity, this is no longer a priority in the area.
