Current priorities

We work with the community and local partners, while also looking at our own data, to come up with priorities for Southern Villages for the next three months. These are currently Tackling anti-social behaviour - focusing on alcohol/drug concerns and vehicle misuse.

• Conducted regular high visibility patrols in the Southern Villages area engaging with members of the public, businesses, partner agencies and local Councillors, gathering information and offering reassurance. Liaised with local councillors and residents, encouraging the reporting of incidents to help build a clearer intelligence picture to identify hotspot areas. • Responded to calls for service in the area relation to vehicle nuisance in Fritton. Ongoing work to identify persons involved. • Pol-Ed educational inputs at local schools highlighting ASB impact and consequences. Investigated reports of criminal damage in Belton related to flags. House to house enquiries taken place alongside reassurance patrols. If you would like to report anti-social behaviour to us you can do so by calling 101 or reporting it via the Norfolk Police website.
