Current priorities
Retail Crime
We’re committed to reducing retail crime in Westbury by supporting local businesses and targeting repeat offenders who cause harm to staff and the wider community. This includes patrols in key locations, working with stores to strengthen reporting and evidence gathering, and taking enforcement action where offences are identified.

Burglary
Burglary, including both dwelling and non-dwelling offences is a key priority for the team. We are carrying out proactive patrols and targeted operations, focusing on prevention and offender disruption. We also encourage residents to review home security, report suspicious activity, and help us build intelligence to prevent further offences.

Road Safety
Road safety is a core focus for the Westbury area, particularly speeding and anti-social driving. Officers will continue targeted checks and patrols where issues have been raised, alongside enforcement and education to reduce risk on our roads.
