Current priorities

Road Safety

Keeping people safe on the roads is a priority for the team. We are carrying out speed checks and targeted patrols in areas where communities have raised concerns, and focusing on the “Fatal Five” causes of serious collisions. We’ll continue to work with partners and local communities to improve road safety and reduce dangerous driving.

Set: 2026-06-10

Retail Crime

We’re working closely with local shops and businesses to tackle retail crime in Warminster, including theft, repeat offending and anti-social behaviour linked to town centre retail areas. Officers are carrying out reassurance patrols, supporting staff with reporting and CCTV advice, and using powers such as banning orders and Criminal Behaviour Orders where appropriate.
