Current priorities

You have told us that Burglaries are a priority concern in your area.

We have conducted numerous patrols both covert and overt in the area along with dedicated zonal patrols targeting areas from our hotspot data - this has had a positive outcome.

Set: 2026-06-28

You have told us that the thought of drug use and taking in your community causes you concern. We are tackling these issues with proactive patrols around known hotspots and will be working with partners to ensure we can tackle these issues and reduce their occurrence.

Your local Police Beat Team and Response Officers have regularly patrolled locations as reported. Officers have stop checked several persons and vehicles, involved in drugs, in the last couple of months, from information provided by you, and again reduction in reported drugs related incidents.

Set: 2026-06-28

You told us that you were concerned about vehicle crime. This can be theft of motor vehicles or theft from motor vehicles, this also includes theft of tools from vans and theft of catalytic convertors.

Officers have conducted regular patrols of the areas where offences have occurred, we also use covert and overt tactics to target offences. We will continue to do this going forward. In the last few months, catalytic convertors and number plates were the main theft from vehicles offences reported. CCTV provided valuable intelligence on the times the offences were happening and possible vehicles involved, to assist in our patrol strategy. There has been a significant reduction in these reports.
