Current priorities
There has been a noticeable increase in anti-social behaviour within the closed shopping centre and car park. Multiple reports of groups of youths entering the derelict and dangerous buildings. The neighbourhood team will be monitoring the situation and looking to gather information on the youths involved.
Set: 2026-06-12
Ongoing issues with motorbikes being ridden in a dangerous and illegal manner around the Knowle and Filwood area. The Officer in Charge of this priority is: PCSO Mark Thomas. This priority has been established through consultations at community meetings and resident forums. If you have any information relating to the riders or locations of these bikes then please use the ‘Contact the Team’ form at the bottom of our beat page.
The operation has restarted again after a quieter winter period and the neighbourhood team, alongside colleagues from our Traffic team, have days of action lined up for the coming months. Actions are also being taken to increase investigation around the issues and look to tackle at the source.
