Current priorities

Illegal Parking

We will take firm and consistent action against dangerous, obstructive, and repeat-pattern illegal parking that impacts road safety, restricts access, and causes disruption to residents and businesses. Through joint enforcement operations, partnership with local authorities, and education where appropriate, we aim to restore safer, more accessible streets for all road users.

Set: 2026-05-10

Alcohol related Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and theft offences.

We will prioritise a proactive and highly visible policing approach to reduce drug use, street drinking, and associated anti‑social behaviour in parks, pathways, and other public areas. This includes targeted patrols, intelligence‑led interventions, and working closely with partner agencies to safeguard vulnerable individuals while improving the safety and confidence of local residents.

Set: 2026-05-10

Illegal Use of E‑Bikes and E‑Scooters

We are committed to tackling the unlawful, reckless, and anti-social use of e‑bikes and e‑scooters, with a particular focus on nuisance riding, pavement use, modified or high‑powered vehicles, and involvement in criminality. Our approach will combine targeted enforcement, community intelligence, and engagement with young people and families to reduce harm and keep pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers safe.
