Current priorities

Thefts from motor vehicles in rural areas and car parks

Active patrols of the local beauty spots and rural carparks, where reports have been made, will act as a deterrent and a reassuring presence for visitors to these areas. Engagement opportunities for residents will be advertised where possible, and we will continue to share crime prevention advice and safeguarding information both in person and online.

Burglary

Engagement with the local community to offer safeguarding and crime prevention advice continues both in person and online. In the event that a burglary has occurred, we conduct house to house and CCTV enquiries in addition to forensic examinations, where appropriate.
