Wilnecote & Trinity — Neighbourhood Policing Team

Local policing team in the Staffordshire Police area: contact routes, current priorities and public events.

All Staffordshire Police neighbourhoods

Wilnecote has grown from an ancient village built on the main marching route the Romans called Watling Street, into a forward-looking community well served by public amenities. It has one of Tamworth's two railway stations and easy access to the M42. Wilnecote High School is where students looking for a career in drama or music head, as it is a specialist performing arts college. Nearby Dosthill makes up the trinity ward south of Tamworth town centre. It has a mix of traditional homes and new properties. This picturesque district has its own High Street with a wide range of shops and also boasts a diving centre, which attracts learners and expert scuba enthusiasts from all over the Midlands. The nearby A5 road links the area to the A38, the M42 Junction 10.
