Current priorities
We work with the community and local partners, as well as looking at our own data to come up with the priority that we will have for Norwich South for the next three months: Operation Focus patrols in areas identified for anti-social behaviour and serious violence.
To address this priority, we have: - Carried out patrols across Norwich South areas, focusing on our hotspot areas where see more anti-social behaviour, which includes our green spaces. - We continue to carry out stop searches on individuals where officers have the power to. - Regular patrols around key schools in the area – dealing with ongoing parking and anti-social behaviour issues. - Carrying out Street Surgeries around key locations to speak to the public and local people around any local concerns. - Regular visits to our local libraries and retail locations to support with any anti-social behaviour and theft related issues. - We have built on and maintained relations with City College. We encourage you to report any anti-social behaviour by reporting on the Norfolk Police website.
