Current priorities

We work with the community and local partners, as well as looking at our own data to come up with the priority that we will have for Hellesdon and Horsford for the next three months: Road Safety across Broadland

We’ve been gathering intel in relation to an e-scooter and a pedal cycle adapted to use a petrol engine in the Horsford area. On the 27 April we attended a Brownies meeting in Spixworth, where we had discussions around road safety and staying safe. Officers seized an illegal e-bike from a high school, following its use by a pupil on the school site. We’ve sent letters sent to drivers parked on, or near, the junction of City View Road and Coronation Road in Hellesdon. Following some anti-social behaviour on bridge two along the A1270 we’ve carried out several patrols on the bridge and engaged with residents and those using the path. We’ve continued to conduct patrols of schools during key drop off and pick up times. You can report driving offences and anti-social behaviour to us on the Norfolk Police website.
