Fly-tipping

Fly-tipping has been raised by local residents as a rising problem within West Thamesmead. Residents at the local ward panel in conjunction have decided that this should be a priority for the next quarter. By working in partnership with local authority and housing associations we hope to deter future incidents taking place and to apprehend any offenders found committing such offences.

Drug related activities across the ward

Drug related activities have been highlighted by residents at the recent ward panel meeting as a cause for concern, leaving an impression that the area that they reside in feels unsafe to them. They have requested that police focus on drugs patrols and stop and searches in the hope of deterring suspects from loitering in the ward and giving off the impression of an unsafe environment.
