Valence SNT have conducted targeted patrols around The Fiddlers after reports of street drinking and possible drug dealing. Valence officers continue to conduct targeted patrols in the area including Becontree Avenue, Green Lane and Motts Lane. Valence SNT are aware there are a group of street drinkers who congregate outside William Hill and continue to pay attention and deal with any incidents accordingly. As there is not a PSPO in force police are not able to issue penalties to those seen drinking on the street, however the team are working closely with staff at William Hill and other premises to reduce ASB in the area.
