Current priorities

Violence Against Women & Girls (VAWG). Three years ago, Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley pledged to make London a Safer City for women and girls. Some of the initiatives already underway on Kensington & Chelsea borough include "Walk, Talk & Do" along with monthly VAWG engagement stands across Kensington & Chelsea with initiatives to highlight areas across the borough where Women & Girls feel particularly vulnerable. Local Neighbourhood officers are working in partnership with Licensed premises to promote "ASK ANGELA", an Initiative in pubs & bars that allows people feeling unsafe, vulnerable or threatened to discreetly seek help by asking bar staff for "ANGELA" .
