Current priorities

Youth related ASB

A S.34 dispersal was implemented at the end of April, resulting in multiple individuals being issued with notices and returned home. Where their behaviour was discussed with their parents. Several individuals have been identified as being responsible for ongoing ASB across the Yew Tree ward, Dovecot and Huyton. The initial steps of ASB legislation are being utilised and these individuals, are being issued with acceptable behaviour contracts. This is a joint action between Merseyside Police, Local authority and social landlords.
