Rainhill , reduce ASB within the village, Rainhill Clinic, and junction of Warrington and Rainhill Road.
Local Policing officers have been working hard to identify youths responsible for ASB in the area. Working with Safer Schools officers, internal and external partners they identified 17 youths who were visited at home and issued ASB warning letters in the presence of their parents. Funding was sort for Rainhill Reach outreach and the council safer communities team to provide a visible presence to engage with young people and deter them from this behaviour. Rainhill reach opened a local youth club to provide a safe place for youths to go in the evening and 1 x youth was issued a banning notice from a local shop. A section 34 dispersal order was also issued for one weekend. This action has resulted in a significant drop in calls. Officers continue to work with partners and provide a visible presence.
