Current priorities

E-scooters and e-bikes.

Officers in Rochester are continuing to tackle the illegal and antisocial use of e‑scooters and e‑bikes. Recent activity has led to 10 e‑scooters being seized. Riders have been given warnings for antisocial behaviour, and enforcement action has been taken, including fines and tickets for offences such as running red lights, ignoring road signs and driving without insurance or a valid licence.

Set: 2026-04-15

Fly tipping.

We have worked with the council and environmental enforcement teams to tackle fly‑tipping. Action has been taken to clear waste, and enforcement notices have been issued to those responsible. This remains an ongoing issue, and the council continues to monitor and take further action where needed.

Set: 2026-04-15

Nuisance motorcycles.

Officers are continuing high‑visibility patrols in areas of concern to identify those involved in nuisance motorbike use and to prevent antisocial behaviour.
