Current priorities

Drugs & Related Issues

Through a tailored balance between enforcement and engagement, we’re tackling the supply of illegal drugs in your area. The team will proactively patrol hotspot areas, providing a visible deterrent against offending. Officers will continue to conduct both plain clothes and high visibility patrols across the ward to target anti-social behaviour and drug use.

Anti-Social Behaviour

Your neighbourhood officers are committed to tackling anti-social behaviour (ASB) through engagement, collaborative working and problem solving. Everybody has the right to feel safe in their community, and we’ll take robust action against those acting disorderly and those who have an adverse impact on the wellbeing of our towns. We will be conducting more foot patrols around the hot spot areas where ASB is happening.we will also be working with other agencies such as youth clubs to organise events so that youths can have more opportunities to have somewhere to go.
