Milkstone & Deeplish — Neighbourhood Policing Team

We are working proactively to reduce and detect burglary offences, using targeted patrols, crime‑prevention advice, and intelligence‑led activity to protect homes and businesses. We are also committed to tackling anti‑social behaviour, responding swiftly to concerns, supporting vulnerable individuals, and working with partners to create safer, more welcoming neighbourhood spaces. Road safety remains a key concern, and we continue to address speeding and inconsiderate motorists through enforcement, education, and high‑visibility operations designed to keep our streets safe for everyone.

Burglary reduction and detection: Targeted patrols in hotspot areas, crime‑prevention visits, and intelligence‑led enquiries to identify offenders and protect homes. Anti‑social behaviour: Regular engagement with residents, swift response to reports, partnership work with housing, youth services and local agencies to reduce repeat issues and support those affected. Speeding and inconsiderate driving: High‑visibility traffic operations, use of speed‑monitoring equipment, and enforcement against dangerous or irresponsible motorists. Organised crime and drug supply: Active intelligence gathering, joint work with specialist teams, and targeted activity to disrupt criminal networks operating in the area.
