Current priorities

Residents and local elected councillors have raised the issue of youth nuisance in this area.

Work with partners such as DCC Neighbourhood Wardens and use of our drone to target offenders under Operation DRIVE. The NPT team have designed leaflets promoting the report of off road bike usage so we can identify and target offenders. This is part of the "don't suffer in silence" initiative. Officers have also designed a leaflet to educate parents around the legalities and usage of such vehicles and the requirement for safety equipment.

Set: 2026-06-23

Reports from public of increased ASB and youth nuisance involving youths and off road bikes.

Work with partners and other agencies to combat the issues raised. Implementation of OP DRIVE Intensification days.
