Current priorities

Using a combination of your feedback and our own data, we have set the below priorities for your local neighbourhood policing team across the south of Peterborough for April to June 2026 are: • Anti-social use of motorcycles and scooters – Herlington Centre, Orton • Anti-social parking issues – Fletton/Woodston • Anti-social behaviour – Hampton

Anti-social use of motorcycles and scooters – Herlington Centre, Orton: Days of action and ongoing patrols concerning this priority have resulted in ten e-Scooters, two motorbikes and one moped being seized. Work will continue on this priority into the next quarter. Anti-social parking issues – Fletton/Woodston: Officers have partnered with the council to address this problem. Multiple tickets have been issued during patrols and days of action. This has led to a reduction in illegal parking in the area. We also published content on social media towards the end of the football season to engage with Peterborough United fans and encourage responsible parking on match days. This will be repeated ahead of the new season in August. Anti-social behaviour – Hampton: We have worked closely with local businesses to tackle anti-social behaviour and we have seen a reduction in reports as a result. However, there is still work to do in this area and the priority will continue for the next quarter.
