Current priorities

We are aware of ongoing issues with illegal and anti‑social motorcycle use in Stoke Park , involving off‑road bikes and unregistered vehicles being ridden in a manner that causes danger or nuisance to the public. We are urging residents to report any incidents they witness so that we can take effective action. Reports can be made via 101 , 999 in an emergency , or through our online reporting channels. Any information—such as descriptions, locations, or timings—helps us build a clearer picture of what is happening. Under Section 59 of the Police Reform Act 2002 , officers have the power to issue warnings and seize vehicles being used in a way that causes alarm, distress, or annoyance, including riding off‑road in parks or other unauthorised areas. Your reports directly assist us in identifying offenders, planning targeted patrols, and removing illegal motorcycles from the area. We are committed to making Stoke Park safer, and community information plays a crucial role in helping us take decisive action.

We have received positive feedback from local residents indicating that this activity on Stoke Park has become less of a disturbance. Please be aware that motorcycles being used in a public place must have the appropriate insurance in place. Failure to do so may result in the vehicle being seized by police.
