JRFT Bleep Test Pacer
Practise the 15-metre multi-stage fitness test to the College of Policing pass standard (5:4) with the exact audio bleeps. Runs entirely in your browser — turn your sound on.
Set out two markers 15 metres apart. Start behind one line; reach the far line before each beep. A double beep marks a new level; a rising triple beep means you have passed 5:4.
The standard (15 m MSFT to 5:4)
| Level | Shuttles | Time per shuttle |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | 7 | 6.9 s |
| Level 2 | 8 | 6.4 s |
| Level 3 | 8 | 6.1 s |
| Level 4 | 8 | 5.6 s |
| Level 5 (pass at shuttle 4) | 4 | 5.5 s |
| To 5:4 | 35 | 3:35 |
Most police constable roles require 5:4. Some specialist roles (e.g. firearms, dog handler) require a higher standard, and a force may use the Chester Treadmill test as an alternative — always confirm the exact requirement with the force you are applying to.
