Section 95: The City of London police Fund

Police Act 1996 (1996 c. 16)

(95) There shall be paid out of . . . the City of London police fund . . .any expenditure incurred under this Act in respect of—

(a) any special constables appointed for . . . the City of London police area; and

(b) any police cadets appointed in relation to . . . the City of London police force.
