Section 17: Certain offences triable either way

Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 (1980 c. 43)

(1) The offences listed in Schedule 1 to this Act shall be triable either way.

(2) Subsection (1) above is without prejudice to any other enactment by virtue of which any offence is triable either way.
